We are a doxxed team with deep expertise spanning traditional finance, technology, digital assets, marketing, and social media. Our collective experience ensures a balanced approach to building and scaling in the Web3 ecosystem.

**Core Team Members**:

* **Virgil Chan** – Former Chief Strategy Officer @ MANTRA, with prior experience in private equity and investment banking. Brings strategic vision and financial acumen to drive long-term growth.
* **Alex Kohlmann** – Ex-Investment Team @ Laser Digital (Nomura) and former COO @ Nomura Investment Banking Division. Managed smooth operations for 200+ bankers across Asia and has direct experience working with financial regulators.
* **Anthony Michel** – CTO & Serial Startup Founder. A team builder and hands-on product developer with a strong track record in Crypto & AI.
